Infrastructure Construction Stage 2 to Commence for Jack’s Point Village
NOTICE TO RESIDENTS
13 August 2018
Darby Partners wishes to advise the Jack’s Point Residents and Owners Association and all other interested parties that it is to commence the construction of Stage 2 works of the Jacks Point Village in late August 2018.
Stage 2 works will be established shortly, with earthworks likely to commence before the end of August. The Stage 2 works are expected to take between 12-16 months, depending on weather conditions over the duration of the project.
The construction area will be securely fenced off (see construction area fencing plan), with all disruptions (including noise and dust) closely monitored. Note that access to the trails and Lake Tewa will be maintained however there will be some re-routing of these with the Stage 2 site. The expectation is that noise pollution will be minimal; potential dust issues will be managed by regular wetting down by water trucks as necessary.
This work lays the foundations to support future development within the Village which will in due course benefit all residents.
